watched hancock with mei ping, pei rou, shi yun and seela yesterday. i think it's an ok show. the front part is quite funny but the ending is sort of expected. then before the movie we went to some nebo cafe to eat and chat. actually the deserts there are quite nice and there's this desert called "dentist disaster" which i'm tempted to order but didn't in the end cos i hate going to the dentist. haha.
after the movie we went to fish and co for dinner. and due to increasing oil prices, the prices of the set meals all increased and we all have no soup! cos apparently, they use petrol to fry the fish. haha.
as shiyun puts it, she feels bad taking money from her parents at the age of 18. which i totally agree. i want to find one more tuition assignment!! i'm now regretting the decision i made a month ago to reject one assignment that pays $20 per hour and it's only once a week.
anyway, i'm like super broke now. cos no work = no income = dig into savings = have to save money. and i finished spending my $180 tuition pay in like 2 weeks. don't ask me how i did it cos the money just disappeared. haha. but there are so many nice movies coming up that i want to watch. like The Dark Knight and Mummy 3.
my poor sis grinded away 3 of her fingernails just now during her D&T lesson. and her shoes are all bloody. omg. i wonder what her teachers are doing during the lessons. because how can they just allow their students to use those dangerous machines without close supervision? now i sound like some kiasu mommy. but i think it's really super dangerous. what if it's not the fingernails that are broken but the fingers that are chopped off? furthermore she needs to go for daily dressings at the clinic. me going to complain to the school. haha. just joking.
